This is such a fine idea, bunch of entrepreneurs, doing the most basic thing, collecting natural debris and producing a profit. One thing India has is man-power and we must find ways to utilize that and achieve a better economy and nation.
Vik A., Now start a plastic recycling company that makes compost toilets for the poor neighborhoods???? You do know what a compost toilet is, dont you?
Clever idea and double benefit. Avoiding fire hazard in the pine forest and cheap available raw material for briquettes. Considerates resources, minimizing pollution and forest clearing.
Making a hole in briquettes help they burn better. Some studies have made which say that good measures are 4" (widht) 2" (height) 1" (hole). Same effect can be achieved of course for bigger briquettes if relation is kept same.
Isn’t it strange, we in the western societies often think of people in so called 3rd world countries as being backwards but here they are showing the western world how making something that has many benefits and they’re getting a living out of it
Nice video. We use the fast pyrolysis plant Fpp02 for recycling wood waste . Reactor 500 kg/h. It turns out liquid fuel for hot water boilers. From wood waste during pyrolysis, pure charcoal is also obtained. I think pine needles are a good raw material for pyrolysis.
A good example but I have another option: Those trees DO NOT belong to that area. The locals must replace those foreign using native trees, year by year. The reason is simple.... there´s not appropiate micro organisms action on the needle biomass. Second. This is not a forest, is just a culture. Third, birth control. Thanks a lot ! ! !
California needs this....here in cali forest has 10 inches of those needles.... and nobody uses this fuel and one day it egnites and guess what hapens in california.... took over 2 billion to get fire out operation and 2 million hectares where burned...also in Russia nobody picks needles...they only cut trees for finewood sell to china and china makesfurniture for Usa. so last year russia lost 13 million hectares of forest... people are wasting resources wrong way.
Id trade you 5x more clean pine wood fuel and oak etc anything biomass however you want but in America that nice pine straw is so expensive now as most forests gone and more popular than ever as landscape mulcg. Ill give you 3 x your getting now plus fuel
good morning sir, brijesh rawat, thanks for new idea i am a PGDM student of ASIA Pacific Institute of Management i want to visit your company and want to do project on this so , i requested to you that plase send your email id with no verry soon sir .

Vikram Agaw this concept is flawed. They support desertification by stealing the biomass/ needled.

This really a great Innovations and help the villager to earn extra income
great idea-hope i see this sort of activity everywhere in the world-Biomass Pellets and Briquettes for fuel
Where can I purchase the machine used in this video. And what does it cost.

Who supplies the briquette machine., Can I have name a nd contact for manufacturer please
do you use blower while using this type of fuel-briquettes?
Great idea that I will take on doing
Where can we get it from?
fine powder and a spark can produce a big bang
very good strategy
So no carbonization is done?
You think they would invest in rakes
Any contact details for briquettes?
why not using weat and rice disposals is also biomass and plenty in produce
Bhai yah plant kahan per hai
Don't burn them. Gasify them!
Pl.. Provide addresses of machinery available for get them.
Thank you

That man running behind the truck 🤦🏾♂️
Great idea
I AM LOOKING TO START A BUSINESS THERE AND IT PAYS 33 EUROS AN HOUR. THIS IS SLAVE LABOR.
Who are the manufacturers of the compactor and the shredder? Is a binder or liquid added to the material prior to compaction?
Iirc, lignin and resin from the pine needles is what causes the briquettes to form via briquetting machine, creating lots of pressure.
at 2:17...."it was always on the back of my neck", hahahahaha.
3 euros a day...
Man... Ive been doing this for free and paying my own bus fares...
Wheres MY 3euros a day?
Great idea, Carbon neutral fuel.
Please plant address
Great
there are other causes of "too many births", and what astounds me is also the lack of notice of yearly deaths
Indian works make 1200 brick per hour
NICE
Buenas, en Argentina con 4 personas haríamos 10 veces más cantidad y con condiciones humanas para los trabajadores
