I went to Italy last year...such fun such good food. I'd advise anyone reading this take the train from milan on down to Rome. My ruling was Milan is for shopping, Rome is for tourist, Florence was for food.

only the last two sell italian food, from fantastic sardinia and sicily our main islands. great food there, at the top even here in italy. it seems to be a street food international meeting as there are sometimes. the first is a greek cousine, the second polish, the third from usa, i presume. without blame for others, look at the sardinia and sicily, absolutely my favourite, and tell me.
Putting mayonaise in a mustard container would jack me up.

I am a retired Chef I Cooked for 29 years. the food looks delicious but 2 things got to me, the spatula at the end was hard to work with and so many pieces and bits of burn food on some of those flat grilles.
Where can I find this place in Milan?
Going to that spot would probably smell the smell of the food.

Watching this video these people make a lot of different types of food, but when I see the size of the burger it's huge but in this type of food you have to move and I mean very fast and you have to communicate but I know fast food and I don't understand what language they are speaking

Barbeque is older than America.
The customers are Italian, but the one who prepared foods some are, Peru, Brazilian and Chinese.
Never seen any barbecue in America that looks anything even remotely resembling this. It’s definitely not Italian or American! Except for the bread, that could be Italian. But the bbq looks more like some place in Thailand. And in America they keep their equipment a LOT cleaner.

When I was in Milan, they had a few food stalls near the hotel - one chicken rotisserie place especially was popular with the locals - cheap, simple, good food. I noticed most were employed by South Americans - Chileans, Ecuadorians, etc.
