Well im not sure if this is true but, as you know, another axiom partnered with gtag before making orion drift. Im assuming gtag added those in the rotating map to show their partnership.
I don't play gtag much anymore, but I know that another axiom did not partner with gorilla tag, another axiom make both games, and they partnered with some echo VR devs. The plants look the same because they are likely using the same model as a place holder until they can change it
Ea player here, I dont think there will be one this month they are going to do one this month, There are a lot bigger waves now and ALOT more funtimes with a lot more people so stay in general chat and you might have a chance to ea faster : D

We still don't know the exact release date, we just know it's going to be in 2025. They mentioned plans to have several more tests like the previous one, so a January to February release would most likely be too early. A game like Orion Drift requires a ton time to be properly developed, so I would say March is the earliest realistic release date. From the test, we know there is still a lot to work on before release, such as buggy servers, glitches, and other issues. With so much work left to be done to prepare for open early access, they need more time to ensure the game is ready. What you said was also a guess. We don't know when in 2025 the game will release, unless you know something I don't.

"We’re targeting an open beta release in early 2024 with an eye to fully release in late 2024 or early 2025." This is when the game was A2 and not at all like Orion Drift. I dont know what you saw, but nobody is talking about a early 2025 release, and besides, they need more time.
