Warning! Most, if not all of the ~$20 replacement screens available on Amazon or eBay are like the one shown in this video and are actually about 0.6 mm too thick (2.25 mm instead of 1.65 mm). As a result the glass screen with the adhesive on it cannot make good contact with the frame of the phone unless it is forced down and glued. The thick screens have an aluminum backplane instead of the copper foil, and have a different flex circuit (compare with your old screen).
