Wow That’s Philly doing that week! Back in the day it was the the north Philly and Wilmington bands that I was looking forward to , the out of that area guess were good but when you get to certain stops You were looking for what you knew from those stops! This vid reminds me of when South Philly was being redone into the house that it is today. The week was held at North Philly and Dad let all of the bands play back to back like in this vid… BUT BANDS WERE COMING OUT OF THE PARKING LOTS WHITH THEIR EQUIPMENT, SETTING UP AND PUTTING IT DOWN. Spirit.
