    As a New Zealand Maori, there were HEAPS of NZ biscuits that weren't tested here.
    Shrewsburry, Squggles, COOKIE TIME (How were these not sent?), Chocoade, Macroons, Sultana Pasties, Superwine, Krispie, Chocolate Thins, Cameo Creams, Gingernuts, Chocolate chippies, Stripes, Belgian Cremes, Chocolate Wheaten, Melting Moments, Chocolate fingers, Chocoalte Digestive, Milk arrowroot, Mint treat, Vanilla Wine, Chit Chat,
    All of these biscuits are New Zealand Made. Unlike the Arnott's and Cadbury Biscuits that were sent to you (That's a crime within itself)
    I feel like sending a package myself with instructions on how to eat them with your Bell tea.

      For some reason my previous comment won't expand so I can edit it because I was going to add: your last sentence: "I feel like sending a package myself" .....then send one? (without feeling the need to post about it). Your post is pretty much contradictory.

    Dad says that the butternut tree is native to North America and is related to the walnut. Yes the fruit/nut is edible and not as bitter as walnut. It is sometimes called the white walnut because the shell and the meat of the nut are lighter than either the black walnut or English walnut.

    My hopes for this shoot were so high when I saw a toffee pop in the thumbnail. I dunno what is going on with Paul, especially including an obviously Aussie biscuit and healthy option when we have so much more going on. Where were the ANZACs (ok that's an Aussie colab, but an absolute dunking classic), Cameo Cremes, Jaffa Chocolate Thins, Afghans, Squiggle Tops, Chocolate Gingernut Fingers, Choco-ade and more! Nice touch with the tea, but I would have gone with Bell Kenya Bold. We need to um, TRY this again. I think Paul is a tourist.

      Squiggle "tops"? you're not even naming them right....if you watched a lot of food tasting channels on TH-cam you would know that not many people like fruit flavoured chocolate (jaffa chocolate thins and choco-ade). Your list is in the minority. "Especially including an obviously Aussie biscuit", link your reply to the few comments about tim-tams because its more obvious that those are Australian than the butternut snap ones.

    I feel like we need a second round of biscuits, but this time nothing from Arnotts or Cadbury. They'd have a lot more fun with Squiggles, Gingernuts, Sultana Pasties, Belgians, Cookie Bear Hundreds and Thousands, and so many more. Oh, and don't forget the Apple Crumble Toffee Pops. So many good options.

    It's interesting how one pair sometimes has the complete opposite reaction to the other two. Do they genuinely like or dislike it compared to the other two? Is it that peer opinion that tilts the otherwise undecided other Tryer around in any of their cases so they have a consensus? Because I know there have been other cases where each Tryer has had polar opposite reactions, a visceral reaction that will stand in the face of the other's differing opinion.

    As a New Zealander I can confidently say these are all one and done. Starting with a biscuit that makes you physically unwell if you have a second one wasn't the best start. Get yourselves a cookie time and reheat in the microwave with a cup of strong tea and then you will be half way up the biscuit scale. We export biscuits here that an American would pay 15 usd per biscuit. All we have to do is call them deluxe cookies. Even some of our vegan biscuits are better than what you just tried.

    • @alanhart6197
      @alanhart6197 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I agree apart from the cookie time... that's more of a post nuclear war C ration battlefield meal than a cookie in its true large bickie form, and waaayyy too small to be a cookie in those tubs of small cookies sold out of car boots like bags or cherries around Xmas... You missed out sultana pasties and file traps... are you really a kiwi..? Confess Aussie!!
