    Relinquishment deed mein toh stamp duty lagta hai. Which is more costly than getting The letter of administration.

      both are different concepts
      stamp duty in case of relinquishment deed is very minimal

    Ma'am only a registered release deed can be submitted in society for purpose of changing name in case of death along with society forms and other society procedure?

    I don't understand why in situation no.1 the NOC of legal heir 3 & 4 is required if the father has already proclaimed in registered or unregistered will that he wants to transfer flat to legal heir 1 & 2? 🤔
    What would happen if legal heir 3 & 4 don't give NOC?

    Maam in my case our parents didn't gave nominee form.and it has been 14 months since we filed letter of administration in high court but it is taking too much time.can we use the settlement deed? and how much time should we expect more for letter of administration?

    Hii please make a details video about gift deed. Mere father ne mjh gift deed kiya or vo ab death kar gaye to mere dusra bhai ab mere registered gifted deed property pe claim kar raha hai. Kiya unka claim valid hoga in court. Kindly suggest me what can i do.
