I don't understand why in situation no.1 the NOC of legal heir 3 & 4 is required if the father has already proclaimed in registered or unregistered will that he wants to transfer flat to legal heir 1 & 2? 🤔 What would happen if legal heir 3 & 4 don't give NOC? Please reply mam 🙏🙏🙏

Relinquishment deed mein toh stamp duty lagta hai. Which is more costly than getting The letter of administration.
both are different concepts
