Success today is hard and will be harder because whats going inside you. Negative thoughts, music, tv, and then you have toxic foods, beverages and water. Your success is constantly being attacked and until you stand up and do something about it... you'll always be attacked. Many people won't understand this but it's ok. Success, Health, Wealth, Happiness... it's not for everyone. Someone has to be a slave, be broke, be sick, be poor. That's just the way it is and will always be. I've been at war with myself for years. Now I listen to these every day all day. I am losing battles but determined to win the war! I loose daily but keep attacking. My mind says this is all you have give up now and I keep pushing. I'm not talking just exercise but my battle with addiction. Nicotine, sugar, weed, alcohol, self doubt. I will be victorious! Andy Frisella (CEO of 1st Phorm) worked for 17 years to get to where he is today. It took him 10 years until he reached a point where he could finally take home $45,000 a year.

Comparing a hard working babseball player to a baseball player that used steroids. anyone who played for the MLB had to work hard from day one. Hard work is not about doing it for two years and giving up in the middle. Hard work is all about a great deal of effort and endurancement for life. I learned at an early stage that Talent is the starting block and in order to reach the finish line, hard work needs to be put into action. just ask the world richest man. My dad is working 2 jobs and my mom is working 1 high paying job and I work and give my parents half of what I make a month. They never want to take my money they just take it and put it in my account they don’t want me to pay them back. They work so much just to let me play soccer on an academy team and to go higher. I will not give up on my parents not my dreams for playing on the USWNT (U.S. Women’s National Team)‼️💯💪🏼⚽️🥅

Yes I agree. Nothing can beat hard work. Even if you are working at something that may not work out for you, because you have developed the brilliant habit of hard work, you will always find a way because the hard work habit Is the hardest of all the success habits to get used to and execute. I know a few people who are really brainy but they have no drive to work. They are living in small houses trying to claw and grab at every penny. They have adapted to live without even small things in life that bring general enjoyment! If they just applied their brainy ability and worked at something then they would be so much more, have so much more and feel so much better. I left school without any grades but I have more than them! It's sad to see. Work hard and good things will come.

At 18:20 they talk about recreation which is what a lot of people my age obsess over. I'm different, i don't go out often at all. I haven't gone skating in like 2 1/2 years, bowling in at least a year, playing pool, months. I never go out and party because I'm constantly working as i work 2 jobs, which is why I don't have any "friends". I guess being confined as i was growing up taught me something good even as a teen, i never went out. I don't find any interest in partying or any of that other junk, i think it's a waste of time. Yeah, i cry and wonder why my life is so miserable but in the back of my mind there is a voice telling me "don't stop, there's a reason you're on this path". My version of "fun" is societies version of "boring". I don't give a crap, i enjoy going for a jog and bike rides.
