Sometimes I think DF is actually honestly truly smart, and sort of "acts" in his videos. But I think that's just a testament on how good his content is.

something u may want to know, u cannot get 2 of the same weapon of the same rarity in the shop. so holding a lvl 1 stick does less good than buying it and hoping for another. u can get one common and one rare just not multiple of the same rarity guy with the purple stuff on his back is a curse enemy, killing it raises ur curse (anchor scales on curse too) cursed weapons can scale to some crazy numbers. like a blue one better than an non cursed epic. always try cursing weapons to combine with non-cursed ones u already own. it makes them cursed but you do have a chance of losing some scaling, though it will never be less than the base items scaling at 25:46 the bean teacher was already cursed. u skipped a really nice cursed anchor earlier too, keep an eye out for the purple haze behind the item icon

answering this as a player of Brotato since day 1 : range on melee build is super good, and you don't lose much attack speed per range, like 2% per 100 range or smth like that. So the benefits of having more range (meaning hitting more ennemies) are always more relevant than hitting slightly slower so the crowd would be wrong in facepalming this :D

There are different levels of curse for weapons but I'm not sure if Items have different levels or if an already cursed item can become more cursed.
