Haha my mate only has it in storage as his game room is under construction. It’s one of his favourites so won’t be for sale. But I am excited to get to try it when he gets it back. Sys11 are great though. They certainly have a charm to them. Diner is great man. It took me a while to warm to it as it’s quite different to my other games which are a lot more fast and flowing. I’ve got the left ramp dialled in so hitting that to light extra ball and max out dine-time to 12 o’clock is great, especially when you cash it in after serving all customers 😎👍🏼
Very nice Whirlwind and in perfect shape ! I agree with you stating that this is probably the best System 11 and with the best set of rules even if they are simple compared to nowadays modern pinballs. I grew up with system 11 in the 80s back when i was a teenager and i guess i played them all both Bally and Williams but my 3 favourites are Black Knight 2000 (the very first pinball to get Wizard Mode aka "The King's Ransom" in 1989), Whirlwind and Diner.
Wow yea that king’s ransom is awesome too. Also Steve Ritchies voice in the game, give me your money. Must be great to experience these pins back in the 80s man😊👍🏼
@@RETROCENGO I still remember when they had received their NIB Black Knight 2000 and Whirlwind in the Arcade i used to go across the street when i was young. Those new machines straight out from the box smelled like freshly cut wood and it striked my mind especially when the Whirlwind fan was blowing in my face. I never found back the same scent with nowadays NIB which smell more like new cars, a mix of glue and plastic. It was quite the experience back then... :=))
