Exactly, Indiana watches her whenever she speaks which gives off insecure and Tara watches her in a way where she listens, but knows she’s still immature. Tara usually does have a way of intimidating people but in a good way which is why she’s so adored and why Zach’s mom called her spunky lol big compliment tbh but Indiana didn’t seem to like that and the energy’s was just so off I hated it

Fr lol, exactly what you’d imagine the “pick me” ex gf or friend to be like, and every time Tara opened her mouth or cracked a joke she’d watch her but never laugh like she was insecure. Esp when Zach mentioned his mom calling her confident and spunky which means she already likes her just by watching her and Indiana got quiet lol. And her making sure Tara knew how close she was to Zach’s grandparents was weird too, not to mention running off to check on him like she was doing too much and constantly mentioning that his mom still comments on her stuff lol, so weird. You know all the people saying how terrible Indiana is? She went through a lot of horrible things. I went through similar stuff, and I am the same way: loud, boisterous, and annoying to many people. But the other thing people don't see is the pain I went through to get here, nor the pain Indiana went through to get to where she's at. I think she is a bit self-centered, but isn't everyone in their own way? If Zach and Jared can be cordial to her can't others see their fine. Tara even has no hate against her.

In the video where Jake, Tara and Zach are eating spicy noodles, Jake says “my face feels like a vibrator” or “my face is vibrating” and Tara replies “let me sit on it” and laughs. I think Tara also tells Jake to tattoo a letter T on his arm for Tara and he refuses and she doesn’t take him seriously. Jake then says “it’s hard enough moving on being your friend and trying to get a girlfriend” (not exactly but it’s basically what he said) so I think Jake just wants to move on but Tara makes small jokes that can cause issues…

I think there are 2 reasons why the discourse around this episode is quite negative……1. Indiana didn’t come into this acting like a guest on someone else’s podcast. She came in as if this is her long awaited return on her own show and Tara is just a seat filler. 2. Zach seems to forget that just because the episode where they discussed what happened between him and Indiana was deleted doesn’t mean that the audience has forgotten what she did to him and is going to welcome her back with open arms…

I honestly feel bad for indi, she’s still learning and growing as a human does yk just like everyone . & I feel Zach can really empathize w her because he’s seen all sides to her and can see how much she truly has changed. I don’t think that she was one upping Tara at all for the most part .. I think she’s just trying to find common ground in an awkward environment and making light of the situation. If that makes sense.. I normally don’t comment on anything really but it’s hard to see someone get bashed by people who don’t really know what they’re talking about.
i totally agree. if anything, I think Indiana was the one feeling the most awkward and trying her best to work around that, even if it sometimes didn't work. I didn't even watch the podcast before she left, but I can't understand why she's getting so much hate in the comments

Yeah she was full of cap this episode I was constantly cringing or getting whiplash. Dang near nobody has been commenting on these Tara episodes that Indiana was better, if you scroll through videos with her most people absolutely loves her or ships Zach and her. Dang near nobody has commented that Indiana was ever a victim of Zach, in fact I only saw thousands of comments bashing her across social media platforms for cheating on him after him being so supportive of her and helping her get away from an abusive relationship when they talked about it on the pod. Her way of framing what happened as if she were a victim of her own actions too is some next level gaslighting. Receiving a negative outcome due to your own direct actions doesn't make you a victim or unaccountable its literally consequences of your own actions. HE was the victim of her actions, but she frames it as if they both were. Just because you felt bad after hurting and betraying someone doesn't magically make you the victim, the hate she got was earned, not unwarranted. It seems like she's been studying Professional Gaslighting and Capping 101.
Tara is so chill and laid back I love her as a person and think she handled this podcast so well
