I’d have to say if a level of power was determined for Marco it would be like Elite Yonko 1st Mate level (vice captain) but with his hax/abilities and physical stats he could still keep up with Yonko level characters like in Marineford but only put up a fight. He can’t provide a real fight with Yonko level characters only hold them off like what happened when he fought some of the admirals.

Wait really? I suspected based on their dialogues and attitudes that it was before the War arc since a lot of the characters were naive or just judgmental. A lot of personal growth happened with the heroes and the hero students (leading to or post-war which changed their perspective on how they view others, some more than others
