I've stayed in a capsule hotel once, after a long flight with a long layover in Tokyo. The airport had a hotel attached. Super convenient for being able to wash up and get some rest before traveling without having to spend an exorbitant amount of money on a motel room, like you would have to back in the states. This is why travel is so important--you get to see all the things your home country does well, and the things other countries do better. You realize that nowhere is perfect (though some places certainly come close!)
I love the concept of a capsule hotel. We don't have them here in United States. I love that everything is so clean and quiet and nice. Thank you for taking us with you and showing us around. I want to visit Japan now and try all these things for myself! You truly have a beautiful country! 💛
I can see them springing up in places like NYC where it is so expensive to get a room to sleep in with a few amenities which is all you need when you are a tourist. And even useful for people that work in the city during the week.
Can't say they would work too good in the US mainly because the staff would get super sloppy on their jobs thieves and homless people would start sneaking in places would just end up being an off brand motel six or something
I stayed here with my brother back in 2018. The capsule hotel experience was even better than what we imagined. Great location, safe clean with tons of toiletries and breakfast. Great for our budget since we were traveling all the way from the Midwest!

If this was American there would be a loud “HeY gUyS!!!” followed by endless chatter and silly edits. I’m so glad the algorithm brought me here - I expect you will have millions of views soon!
I always book a capsule hotel for the first and last day when I visit Japan. In case a delay in a connecting flight makes me miss by flight, it's much cheaper to cancel a capsule hotel reservation than a regular hotel. For the last day, i just picked a place that's close to the airport to make it easier to get there and catch my flight. This looks like a good one to try because I love to visit the Tokyo sky tree
Hi Travelgeek! It was a very good location. The restaurants all around were very convenient and the hotel looked pretty nice. The room was a good size. Too bad about the breakfast not being available. Congratulations on 1k! 🎉
Hi, Tucker!! Thanks for your another lovely comment❤️ The hotel was really good and can be recommended as the room is spacious and comfortable despite capsule class.
