It's been 9 years. Just stopping by to stay God makes no mistakes, and you are WORTH it. I joined in the army in 2013, and this album has followed me basically my entire time in. It has saved my life, and I hope someone is reading this because it's saved them too. We are all miracle stories. I love you friends.

One of my, if not my favorite metalcore band. These are the internets, people just spread hate cowardly hidding behind a screen.
I am an Atheist but loves this music, if his belief brings me something i can enjoy why the heck should it bothers me he believes in God.

I love the contrast between this song and Pharisees. Pharisees exposes the weakness in the Body while Divinity calls out in love to the lost. Perfect. I played the prayer at the end for my 65 year old mother and she cried. Nuff said.

What I love about their new album is how honest it is. I can relate to so many things on here. I am Christian, I've dealt with anxiety my whole life, I have dealt with people like in the song Pharisees, and I continue to try to understand God's love. Sometimes I think I'm not worth it, but I know it's just my anxiety getting to me. No matter what you believe, this album just reminds us that we are all strong enough for life and worthy of love!

The lyrics and structure are flawless (my opinion of course). Its about time someone brought the honest truth to their music. This album and band is going to do a lot of good works in this genre. This whole record is amazing no matter what anyone says.

I mean that's your opinion... idk what made you the expert on hardcore music. A lot of good work in this genre? They've been around for a long time... It's a good album they have better. Some of the songs are starting to sound generic. Songs like this tho are classics.

I just love how Matty can apply God's love to lyrics that are written to relate to everybody who needs it. The note he hits at 3:00 is like THE highest note of the album, and saved for the last second, AMAZING!
This is why MMF is one of my favorite bands 🙌

While I was browsing my Facebook memories I came upon this particular memory of mine posting the lyrics to this song. On the same day. I got chills
This song tugs on my emotions because I can relate to the lyrics. I'm going through a lot right now but God is always there to get people through every aspect of life good or bad. He's always there.

Only took me 3 cds to realize they are a full fledged Christian band....I just always thought they were super inspirational. Not a religious person myself but damn can this band still make me feel great about myself and who i am. I love you Memphis May Fire.
It's his worldview. It's what he's passionate about. I don't see why people get so upset at this? Yet they can use Jesus' name in a duragatory way all over the radio and everyone is ok with it. People can sing about anything but God and it's ok? I don't get it. You're not religious, ok? You can't listen to something that may challenge your worldview or someone writing about what they are passionate about? Don't like it then stop listening. It's that simple. But in the end it's just music from someone else with a different perspective. Just like every other band out there who writes about different things.

This song is fantastic because of both Matty's voice and the lyrics. Even if you dont believe in the same things he does, you can still agree that the lyrics are fantastic and heart warming. I truly believe that Matty is one of the best singers out there.

u know, on my first listen of Unconditional, this song didn't stand out much, but now, coming back to it, it's one of my favs of the record!

This song doesn't have to be about religion.. It can be about just living a better life and being a better example. I feel ashamed to be a part of the generation I am. In the end you will look back on it all and realize you were the ones to blame. Thank you Matty for not blending in, and speaking out.

This song hit me pretty hard months ago i was awake precisely at 2:56am and i had nothing to do i was feeling sad and went to spotify and i hit shuffle on my memphis may fire playlist and this song comes up at 3am and when it starts and says "its three o clock in the morning you lie awake with a heavy heart" i look at the time and its 3am i had never listened to it since it was from the new album and so i start listening very carefully to it and it just hit me it almost felt like God was speaking to me it was amazing
