- Hello☆I'm Yukari, a culinary researcher♪
This time, I made 3 types of easy ponderings with leftover kirimochi☆This is a delicious pondering with a miso-style springy texture☆I made 3 flavors of honey glaze, chocolate, and soybean flour♪With simple ingredients It's easy to make! Please try making it with leftover kirimochi from New Year☆

[ingredients] 7-8 servings
・ 2 Cut rice cakes
・ 100ml milk
・ 280g pancake mix
・ 1 egg
・ 1 tbsp Sugar
・Fried oil
◯ Honey glaze
・ 3 tbsp powdered sugar
・ 1/2 tbsp Honey
・ 1/2 tbsp Milk
◯Chocolate
・ 50g Chocolate
◯ Kinako
・ 2 tbsp Kinako
・ 1 tsp Sugar
・ A pinch Salt
