Yeah the difference here from last year is that he actually earned his spot as QB 1. He faced adversity from losing his starting to Dalton, climbed back up and proved everyone including his own HC wrong. And not we are all seeing what this guy is made of. Really excited to see him lead this team to potential playoff wins and beyond.

The difference since then in the team on and off field seems to be huge. Bryce looks much more natural and relaxed he's becoming a leader and seems to be loving the game. I really think if they can keep this group of management staff GM/HC/DC/OC etc together with the core players starting with Bryce. 1-3 more seasons and they're going to be a consistent play off team.

We had an on field talent issue much more than a coaching issue - a different scheme isn’t what consistently stops the run between the tackles, good players do.
