Can you do a video on how you were able to find a nanny. Like what that process looked like and just developing trust with a stranger in your home for long periods of time with your daughter. My husband and I have been talking about hiring help but im SOOOOOO concerned!!!! Lol so I would love to hear how that process started, was it via a nanny agency (if so can you recommend any ) or was it a referral and the development of that relationship. Thanks girl 💋
