Eggs have always been treasures in rural homes, the best nourishment elders reserve for children, and essential gifts for joyful occasions like matchmaking, weddings, and childbirth in the village. They are common in our daily lives yet filled with affection and care-offering a few of our own home-laid eggs signifies great importance in the eyes of others. Collecting eggs from three families to hatch a brood of chicks is such a fulfilling endeavour. Then, slowly raising the chicks to harvest more eggs brings immense happiness!

I have found many inspirations for recipes.
