Lucia Developer as well) in Pampanga just beside the SM City San Fernando. If only I knew about Alta Vista I will definitely go for that one, just 15 mins drive from my home house in Olongapo proper. Anyway I just want to say thank you for showing us the Estate, will definitely visit and see if there’s a reseller (try my luck) when I got home this year. Great views but most lots are way over priced even back many years ago when we first visited there. But we don't visit there because we think things are cheap. We go there to enjoy being with my wife's family and 8 grand kids.

Im stuck in UK But have lived in Barrio for 20 years on and off and one thing I can tell you about Alta Vista is that the Club house has NEVER been open!! AV is the best and most des res area around Barrio and know a lot of people who have built on there and it really is a great location !! Not sure what the internet situation is like now but 2 years ago it was virtually non existant as the people who run AV etc wouldnt give permission for any of the ISP to run cables and wires!!! Might have changed now?? Anyway good luck mate cheer

Given the insane prices around in Barretto, I really do not understand why people still buy here... With my wife, we bought 2'000 sq. meters, 15 minutes from SBMA Subic for under 10'000 us dollars ! In Barretto for that price, you get barely enough land to build... A backyard toilet !
