I am a US based pilot and curious to learn more about UK airspace. Bit intimidated to jump on vatsim until I feel a little more comfortable with it, but this is helpful to hear some of the differences and what to expect. Curiosity question: Aren't single engine/single pilot operations prohibited at at London City? If that is still the case, would Vatsim controllers ever enforce that?
I haven't heard that single engine aircraft are prohibited. I would imagine that you'd hear about that on VATSIM. I know Heathrow airspace, being class A is off limits to the likes of me, which is totally understandable and VATSIM would most likely hold to that restriction.
Very interesting flight.
Thanks! will do more soon
That is some busy airspace right there. Need to keep ahead with frequencies and charts etc.
yes I am out of practice with this sort of flying sadly, really need to rack up some hours like this

Great videos. I am always a little scared flying in UK and their crowded airspace. What are you using for headtracking? Looks great and smooth
TrackIR 5
Is that easyJet sim pilot at the beginning? 😂
I don't know, I wasn't paying attention at the time so I didn't catch his voice specifically
