+M Gar thats always the big question. I trust our dispatchers, and even though 911 response would be quicker we can't force them to call when they want our service.
for future uploads, i would suggest leaving the image stabilization off.. almost gave me motion sickness. lol, good video though. you earned yourself a new sub. just finished a 6 month EMT class, waiting on my card to come in the mail.. then it will be official, NYS EMT-B
Your supposed to park on the left side of the bay at Elmhurst, what is this lol. In any case it's nice you can post these online, I wouldn't be able to get away with it without my superiors having a chat with me.
+Tim Stewart Its a private EMS company. There still is ALS fire Department that run 911, but we handle the overflow of emergency calls at senior centers, SNF, assisted living, group homes, and when ever people dont like to call 911 for EMS. They have to accept the ETA our dispatch gives them. So yeah it sometimes a far drive but they agreed to a 30min ETA.
Keep making these, makes me excited to get into my paramedic program. Also the casual convo is awesome lmao
Great video! Love the light package when you get to the scene. Looks so cool!
I love how you guys explain how to run code on the freeway I'm assuming that he's new and if he is he has some great teachers
+Redneckfirefighter13 yes he was new. This was his first time going code 3. I have 12 years experience. Thanks for the support.
I dont know if i should be concerned about the ambiance going too slow and getting passed, or the cars going faster than and passing the ambulance lol
It's Chicago, people dont give a fuck.
Good video man!!
Great Code 3 Driving, Keep up the great videos!!
Thank you :)
Awesome driving, Rookie! Thanks for the video.
Wow finally a ride along close to my home!
That is crazy you guys have so far to drive! No one closer?

Was that fire department ambulance clearing as well, or was that a fire station

Guys don't have stair chairs? Only LSB?
Great run! How do you guys stay so calm when running code? Seems like you would have the adrenaline pumping.

Right I get that, but you're strictly BLS?
Lack of sirens doesn’t make this a code 3 response
