Forts is a physics-based RTS where foes design and build custom bases, arm them to the teeth and blast their opponent's creations to rubble.
Build an armoured fort in real-time and arm it to the teeth. Collect resources, develop your tech-tree, unlock advanced weapons to target your opponent's weak points, and feel the satisfaction as their fort comes crashing down.

This is the most interesting thing I have ever seen in Forts! The thrusters just need to be a little more powerful, and you could make a real spaceship battle! With dodging and stuff!
Yeah, 10 minutes to move halfway across the map is way too much, the thrusters need to be 1.5 to 2x more powerful than they are right now.
You can upgrade the thursters, but i think he didnt know
People already made spaceship battles but they use cannons as thrusters, the only problem with that is that you have to have all weapons on no cooldown so the battles usually end in less than a minute
Rydyms Deim u can up grade them or use other mods but it’s pretty hard to control that
I Feel like someone will make that happen.
The devs were lucky to have such a lively modding community. I probably wouldn't have got this game if not for all the fun mods I get to play with.

Dude, I was expecting that you were going the kamikaze way with your core, just for the lulz, do it once in a another video.
i was thinking the same thing, you have 3 cores, they have one, run your floating core into their one and blow up both as a major nuke.
Maybe add some batteries?!
Batteries do not do any damage to enemies when they explode.
use 20 mils as they have quite a big explosion for their price (and it actually damages enemies)
Need a 4 core map now, 1 core building econ and 3 as ships for a real space battle =D

So nice of the enemies at the end there, to put a chain of batteries back to their massive battery depot. Why, if they hadn't been so accommodating they might even have survived for another five seconds!

it is not as effective as most forts are positioned horizontally and not vertically so it would just punch right through the base
Ladies and gentleman not only today we found Forts can into space, we also found out the ability to do Tier 4's, no this is not a joke Tier 4's are now possible to build.

Me: so you don’t pilot an astronaut? Or your not a pilot and an astronaut?
In this context austronaut is clearly being used as an adjective to distinguish a specific kind of pilot from other pilots. Notably, one that would fly in zero gravity with wide angle thrusters.

It was quite a fun time being on Incursus's team during these shenanigans (I was Progon).
Just fill your spaceship with explosive barrels and kamikaze into one of their cores

We need a map based around this. Atleast two cores each, one of them is for resources. The team is placed into this canyon where they can create their space ship before attacking.

Its so intimidating with the enemy having a giant cannon wall, as well as a spaceship armed with cannons raining down
It's easy to see why flagella evolved now, even poor movement is insanely advantageous. This was very entertaining

While losing your flying fortress in the second match may have been painful to experience in person the way it exploded so totally there wasn't even any debris left was amazing.

A sequel to Forts but Battleships/Watercraft/Spaceships/Airships, hopefully one day…
Man. You know what's fascinating. This perfectly demonstrates why fixed defenses became irrelevant in the face of airborne combat. Not to go completely left field or anything but I'm just struck by the fact that even into WW1 we built entrenched forces with artillery and everything but the moment you could just get directly above and accurately drop ordinance wherever you want. Walls and trenches become a lot less valuable.
Around 11 minutes the guy tries to make an anti-Incursus wall on his back turbines and even the slightest change in angle made all that investment worthless.

Yesss! Incursus, do a multiplayer map with KingBenjal, Boberato and one more awesome Forts player where each of you fly your own spaceship.
I suggest a six-core map with three on each side; one for economy and mines with two for space wars.
That'd be very cool.
Maybe even host a match with this set of rules. Spaceships only.

Incursus you should do a star fortress episode where you first fly into space and then build the ship into a proper base above them!
If you want to do this strat you need to improve your driving cuz you spend too much time rotating the craft even though it could have been done easier and faster
this makes me think of 40k orks building random shit on space hulks and asteriods... not gunna lie that would be a fun game

27:20 oh no! you flew right into it! I think that if you fire both thrusters through the doors as close to the edge as possible the cross thrust would cancel and you'd turn around.

(i don't play forts so maybe i am wrong sorry)can you use the rocket ship and fly right into the enemy's core then the rocket ship explode and blow the enemy up.

Short version - yes it would work very well, but you would just have to hit the ground where the enemy fort is sitting :)

But with zero gravity that doesn't quite work.
You knwo what could be very awesome? Flying around, but instead of using cannons and flaks, you use lost of miniguns with the infinite upgrade mod, and the explosive ammo powerup. Give them the death rain!

Incursus, You should have 4 thrusters instead of 2 (2 on top and 2 on bottom) so you can have more speed and manuvurability
