    Thanks for another very valuable video, Ray! I'm in a country where LC phone is 20X more expensive in US. I have one question tho.. is it necessary to use LC Phone for reputation management? If yes can I still utilize automation?

      Not necessary to use LC phone for reputation management so you can turn SMS template off. You will not be able to use the standard customer reply channel work flow action since the text did not come from the lc phone system. You might be able to use third party phone system and then have it send webhook data into GHL and then have the workflow execute based upon that. Just a thought.

    Whilst this walkthrough DEFO provided amazing value, surely there must be some form of GDPR laws surrounding the method? Can you suggest anywhere to find these out?

    I've just tested this with myself and I didn't receive a text. Is it necessary to purchase a toll number in the phone number tab to ensure this works or have I simply missed a step within the automation. Would love some clarification Ray ! Great vid as always.

      You don't need a toll free number just any number should work. How did you test it?

    What happens if they give a bad review. how do I stop it from being posted to the google business account?

      You have to create a review system that first asks how many stars they are rating you and then based off their response you can either send them to google or just have them fill out a form of why they rated you so low.

    Hello. Say im not using LC phone system so i cannot use the "Send Request Review" workflow as it wont send. If the customer did the review, will it still show up in the "Reviews" tab if my workflow is just to send a normal SMS text with google review link?
    Or will every google review the customer have(even before connecting to GHL) appear there in the "Reviews" tab?
    Just need to confirm on this since I don't have any customers yet. Will appreciate the response thank you!

    Is it possible for the person receiving the text message to reply to the text if they were going to leave a bad review? or that has to be in the email?

    What if a customer is a repeat customer to a chiropractor? How would GHL know not to text them the link for the review? What if they customer already did it the last visit?

      Great question its a little tricky. Quick answer is you can't 100% do that. What you can do is send out a review text or email with a trigger link and if the person clicks on that link you can then have a workflow that tags them that they have left a review and then you can exclude people who have the review link clicked tag when you send out the review request. Hope that helps.

      Yes you can, You can set up a funnel to send out a seperate review saying "How Do you rate our service" then under a response automation anything 1-3 stars gets sent internally for a review then if they say 4-5 then you can say like "Thank you for your feedback, We would love you to post this on our Google My Business page" and it send's them a link out to that.
      All Automated, Easy to set up through your funnels, tags and automations

    Great video!! I have a question. I’m currently working in a company and we’re using a whitelabled version of ghl. I wanted to get into starting my own whitelabled business but I’m having tons of issue with the current one I’m using at work.
    -Calls not going through
    -calendar not syncing the correct time
    -if I’m on the phone with someone and someone calls I wouldn’t even know that they called or texted
    -web app vs mobile not syncing which is really frustrating
    There always seems to be some glitch. I’ve been using it 6 months and it’s always something. I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

      I have experienced some of this occasionally but not consistently. Sorry to hear you are having that many issues. Have you tried having support look at your account?

      @@HLGuy Thank you for the reply. I lasked about how to send review requests using WhatsApp but It seems I've already found the answer.
      The problem in our region-Turkey, UAE, and Eastern European countries-is that people use WhatsApp and Telegram much more than email or SMS.
      Therefore, using SMS or email for reputation management purposes, or as reminders, is a very bad idea, especially if your customer is a dental clinic focused on health care tourism and serving clients from all around the world.
