- One of the best Bowl games played in 1982 Fresno State down by as much 3 TD'S to come back to win a dramatic win over Bowling Green 29 to 28 Fresno State fresno went on to rack 11- 1 record, To win the PCAA CONFERENCE, Cal bowl champs, there only loss was to nevada reno.
Wow! I was at the game with my dad and family. Seems so long ago. What a great game! Awesome comeback.

@FSDogs1 that would be nice if the cal bowl could come back to fresno, but unlikely, the bulldogs have move on to bigger and better things, if there going to be a bowl game it would most likely be name another name besides cal bowl, Nice thought thow.
