    I've always been interested in martial arts but never officially took any classes. However, I've watched and read a lot, practicing different moves. My husband bought me a bo staff and I've been watching your vids to practice. My figure 8 has gotten much quicker! Thanks for posting these🙌✨

    Hi Matt. Monday i had secondary cataract lazer surgery. I was in the progress of getting info from the doctor's office while you had class.. Turns out that the eye drop medication info wasn't correct and had to change the amount to be used. Will hopefully catch the next class. Stay safe. Doug.

    Do you carry a Jo out daily?

    • @pasquinilli
      @pasquinilli  ปีที่แล้ว

      I carry one sometimes. I used to a lot when I was younger. I would walk with it. Lots of hikes with it.

    If he has both hands on your stick, he has nothing to protect himself from a hard forward kick to his groin. As they taught me in karate, you can’t wear a cup 24/7.😂
    Just thought.
    Best Wishes, Kip

    Those centre line up to down have malleability more so than force. The anshu where you slap them with a backhand that's a similar force. Just weak senses folk

    People and person are looking for not prestige but self-prestige in an Instructor stuffed role where basically 'I DONT CARE, BUD.' I mean when you do what your interested in and stick to that only things will be less difficult. It turned out to be the worst Career-choice ever. Period, its easy. Anymore than a PT for Elementary School Grades 1 - 5.
