In the winter of 2013 my father was in a coma. A friend of mine took me to a bar in Buffalo called Neitzsches. In that bar was a random band from Maryland, playing music I normally wouldn't listen to but it took me away from the crazy stress I was going through and the vibes were exactly what I needed that night. Fast forward 5 years or so later. Celebrating my father's birthday at a random dive 45 minutes out of the city. 4 people drinking on a Tuesday night. Random guy goes over to the jukebox and plays.. pigeons playing ping pong. The world sometimes is a wild place.
So Pigeons Play Ping Pong. So glad I started recently listening to them, plus any band that covers Jerry, the Dead, Phish, Allman Bros, etc I figure I have to listen to. Like their sound and they are great live, so that does it for me. Thanx for posting this.
