Oh my days, this film looks so bad!! The Cgi looks horrendous, especially on the animals, and you can tell they tried to make it look realistic while still keeping close to the source material but that is just impossible to make look good. The green screens look unfinished and clearly fake. The Line delivery and especially the dialogue can only really be described as "cringe". Steve was baffalingly miss casted. Like Jack Black dose not resemble him one bit and its clear the only reason why Jack is Steve is because hes a very famous actor right now. The only reason I can possibly come up with for why this film is not animated is so they can put famous actors on the poster, and that is one of the most shallow, corporate, in artistic decisions I have ever seen. I hope this film flops SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad.
