6:07 Let’s clarify something right off the bat, this isn’t an attack, but a much needed explanation to set the record straight. The thing that you said about general category should now given reservations instead of more schools and colleges, institutions, which overlooks a deeper systemic issue that has unfairly targeted Dalit, Bahujan, and Adivasi candidates for years. Here’s what happens, during interviews, candidates from these marginalized communities are often labeled as "unsuitable" not because they lack qualifications, but because of deeply ingrained biases. These reserved seats then conveniently remain vacant, only to be handed over to general category candidates through corrupt means...whether it’s caste favoritism, money, or other materialistic gains. This isn’t conjecture... it’s a documented reality, acknowledged even by parliamentary panels. I'm not here to vilify anyone, but it’s crucial to understand how this process manipulates the system. The same institutions that claim to uphold merit frequently deny it to SC/ST candidates who qualify on their own. The Supreme Court itself has affirmed that candidates from these communities who excel on merit are entitled to general category seats. Yet, biases and backdoor dealings undermine this, ensuring that opportunities remain skewed in favor of those already privileged. This isn’t about being anti general category, it’s about highlighting how the system itself has been rigged to deprive marginalized groups of what they’re entitled to. To talk for general category reservations while these injustices persist is not only misguided but also dismissive of the larger, more pervasive problem of inequality and systemic corruption. I'm explaining this not to attack, but to foster understanding. This is about justice, fairness, and ensuring the system works for everyone, not just for those who’ve historically benefited from its flaws. Sorry if this comes off as harsh but, it's just something I strongly feel about, I don't hate anyone or has any grudge against anyone.

Sardarji, sat shri akal. You made your opinion through this video, but you presented it like a universal fact. The message that you’re giving out is true, but on the basis of an argument, it’s pretty flawed. The only reason you see stability and peace in the western countries is because they have met the basic needs of security and food in their society. The day westerners feel that economic imbalance and distribution of wealth is not in their favor, and will seem to go in the favor of those who do not look like them, or do not do not belong to the country they live in, things will change drastically. The argument that you’re making about Indian people mistreating fellow Indians, and then sort of brushing the hatred Indians face in the west is a flawed argument. You don’t have to go too far in the history to see what Germans did to the Jews and they were nothing like the Indians. You have used your excellent video editing skills and vocal to present your opinion as a fact. However, the situation is much more complex than that. You should look at Maslow‘s hierarchy of needs, that will give you an understanding of why societies act the way they do.
Sat Shri Akal. Thank you for sharing your perspective. I completely agree that this is a complex issue, and my video only scratches the surface. What I’ve shared is my personal viewpoint, and I respect that yours may differ. I believe in focusing on the present and building a better future rather than dwelling on the past. As someone who’s always been an average student and a simple Indian with a kind heart, I admit I may have missed addressing certain crucial aspects. But my intention is to spark conversations that help us understand these issues better. Your feedback is truly valuable, and I appreciate it.
That’s a strong opinion, and it shows how complex these issues are. Everyone has their perspective-what steps do you think can help move toward a solution?
@@flintindia_edu They are not the problem but they are enablers of those section of the society who have such problematic mindset. They embolden mislead all these social evils to the point they become actually evil straight upp. You can't take any steps to fix this , its a fire that is out of control, instead of taking the fire out sadly you can only now try to protect yourself else get burned.
You’ve made an important point. A lack of civic sense can affect perceptions abroad. Small efforts to be more mindful as individuals can make a big difference collectively.
I appreciate the video, but a small mistake you made is at 3:08 you used the word 'Gawar' as slur which is also a caste. I'm hihglighting this because you seemed caste concious. You might not know that 'Gawar' is a casteist slur, so I'm saying.
Gawar matlab The word "gawar" has multiple meanings: A plant The word "gawar" is a Hindi word that refers to a plant in the pea family, also known as the guar or cluster bean. The plant's botanical name is Cyamopsis tetragonoloba. It is an annual legume that is the source of guar gum. The young, fresh cluster beans are a popular vegetable. A Hindi word The word "gawar" can also refer to a person who is a villager, rustic, or unsophisticated. Some other words related to "gawar" include: Gawar-pan: The state or feeling of being a gawar, or rusticity, ignorance, or clumsiness Gawar-कालठ: A foolish, uncivilized, or unrefined person Har cheez tumlog ke liye casteist ho jata hai ?
@@TangerinePeanutsJamz1 So, when people say, "Vo log gawar hain", are they telling, "Those people are peanut plant"? Everything has context. And, why do you think the word(Gawar in this context) that refers to characteristics like rustic, unsophisticated, foolish, uncivilised are explained in the form of a word that's exact or very close to a caste name(Gawar)?
Am Indian migrant too UK. Always counter comments of Racism in the West with Indian cursed Caste-System their preference for White skin. My Indian friend calls me "Gora" as I have light eyes too but my sisters are not. Enraged as so many dark skinned girls so much prettier beautiful are discriminated. When ppl in Malaysia South Indians told my friend She is beautiful would always say You too are beautiful. Indians need a change of mindset sounds an impossible ASK.
You’ve highlighted such an important issue. Colorism and biases based on appearance are deeply rooted in many cultures, and it’s frustrating to see how they play out globally. Changing mindsets takes time, but open conversations like this can make a difference. Thanks for sharing your experience!

You’ve raised an important point. Tackling racism at home is crucial before we can effectively address it abroad. It’s a tough but necessary conversation-thank you for highlighting it!
This is our actions that are resulting into their reactions, 60% of Indian students who move out does not behave , have no to less civic sense so i do not blame

Everyone faces caste based discrimination. Brahmins and Rajputs both face casteist slur in media and negative portrayal in bollywood. Weaponization of SC/ST act and calls given to Brahmins to leave India should also have been highlighted in your video
You bring up an important point. The goal of the video is to start a conversation about self-reflection without dismissing the racism we face. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Bro, even being an Software engineer, I faced racism by my colleagues. Earlier I used to think that it's castism in some to show upper level when they have no quality, but actually it's the shitty religion I am born in which has the discrimination written in the books .
I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Discrimination, in any form, is unacceptable. Recognizing these issues is the first step toward change-sharing your story helps highlight the problem. Thank you for speaking up.
@flintindia_edu it happened during my masters and early career. In the beginning i couldn't understand as I never faced it before. I was born and brought up at Uttrakhand, but the castism I faced in UP , Lucknow, Delhi where mostly UP people were my ex colleagues. I never reacted then and the question was always there. "How a Religion can be called supreme if it has mentioned in its holy books about some of them are untouchables". There is no such a shit Religion in this world which degrades it's own followers .
That’s an important topic. Racism within India, including against Dalits, deserves attention. We’ll consider addressing this in a future video-thank you for the suggestion!
There are more chinese, Philipino people live In US than Indians we can't heard much Racism against them in US like Indians? Why? according to White supramacist Chinese and Philipino are also considered non white as indians?
1) Because they do not brag nor do they try to rule America by getting into positions of power like Vivek Ramaswamy and Shriram. Better that they fix their own home country first then trying to fix another's. If Americans came to India, entered the Govt - Indians would also backlash like crazy. 2) Indian scam call centres have stolen 8 billion dollars from Americans, mostly elderly. Chinese and Philippines do not do that. 3) Less civic sense. More reports of sexual abuse/assault when western women visit India then in China and Philippines. 4) More pollution in India, Indian students abroad are not trained in India how to keep their homes clean as here the mothers, sisters, maids do all the cleaning, (patriarchal society) so when Indian students go abroad they keep their rooms and homes dirty. There are many more things but these are some of the complaints. Its not as straightforward as white supremacy.
We understand your perspective. The goal of studying abroad is often to gain exposure and skills that can benefit individuals and, in turn, contribute to their home country. Let’s focus on creating opportunities both within India and globally.
I am ready to take foreign racism than my own country discrimates me They take full fees from us and reserved books for SC/ST in library ..in my college why you take fees from us ?? Pls don't give me casteism lecture because we don't have any caste certificate. .only you sc st have..and also i came from non ews background my parents are working..and in ews any category people take it not only general category

@@flintindia_edu paaji it's unfortunate that what is happening to Indians in US and Canada but lets be honest BJP/RSS are the reason why this racism has intensified in recent years. Well researched and spoken about racism and indeed the world is a beautiful place with people of varied hues and culture.Let us remove boundaries and adapt ourselves to the environment we live in.
Charity begins at home ,destroy the boundaries at home by dismantaling that toxic religion/culture that states that "the penance for killing a dog is the same as for killing a Shudra" and than preach to other about righteousness...

The bitter truth
Sometimes the truth can be hard to hear, but discussing it openly is the first step toward finding solutions. Thanks for being part of the conversation!

10:05 Yeah that’s the main problem I have seen with many students
Blame the government, don't preach on youtube
Great video brother! You are very well spoken.
I work with so many Indians who are senior developers, but none of them knows SQL also.
Deepak, we’re discussing racism here, and your comment doesn’t seem relevant to the discussion in the video. Let’s keep the conversation on track!
RSS/BJP is main problem
That’s a strong opinion, and it shows how complex these issues are. Everyone has their perspective-what steps do you think can help move toward a solution?
@@flintindia_edu They are not the problem but they are enablers of those section of the society who have such problematic mindset. They embolden mislead all these social evils to the point they become actually evil straight upp.
You can't take any steps to fix this , its a fire that is out of control, instead of taking the fire out sadly you can only now try to protect yourself else get burned.
Well researched and articulated 👍🏻
Glad you liked it
Its our fault we lack in civic sense by a miles , especially while living outside india
Gawar matlab
The word "gawar" has multiple meanings:
A plant
The word "gawar" is a Hindi word that refers to a plant in the pea family, also known as the guar or cluster bean. The plant's botanical name is Cyamopsis tetragonoloba. It is an annual legume that is the source of guar gum. The young, fresh cluster beans are a popular vegetable.
A Hindi word
The word "gawar" can also refer to a person who is a villager, rustic, or unsophisticated. Some other words related to "gawar" include:
Gawar-pan: The state or feeling of being a gawar, or rusticity, ignorance, or clumsiness
Gawar-कालठ: A foolish, uncivilized, or unrefined person
Har cheez tumlog ke liye casteist ho jata hai ?
@@TangerinePeanutsJamz1
So, when people say, "Vo log gawar hain", are they telling, "Those people are peanut plant"?
Everything has context.
And, why do you think the word(Gawar in this context) that refers to characteristics like rustic, unsophisticated, foolish, uncivilised are explained in the form of a word that's exact or very close to a caste name(Gawar)?
Even I learnt now. Chamar and Gawar. Thank you.
👌👌👌
Thanks for sharing your experience!
when people do racism they don't see your caste , i mean even if you are from pakistan or kangladesh they behave the same
There you go "Kangladesh" your thinking tells who you are.
Calling a country kangladesh shows how racist you are. Even ignoring the fact that India is economically on same level as bangladesh today. Even 30yrs back India was a very poor country and is still an under-developed country😊

Do kashmiri people have to face racisim and killing from hindus?
I don't think so.

This is our actions that are resulting into their reactions, 60% of Indian students who move out does not behave , have no to less civic sense so i do not blame

sounds more like you are trying to justify racism by downplaying it. Every nationality has bad apple, it does not justify hate or racism against anyone. Please do better

Everyone faces caste based discrimination. Brahmins and Rajputs both face casteist slur in media and negative portrayal in bollywood. Weaponization of SC/ST act and calls given to Brahmins to leave India should also have been highlighted in your video

@@flintindia_edu paaji it's unfortunate that what is happening to Indians in US and Canada but lets be honest BJP/RSS are the reason why this racism has intensified in recent years.
