  • This is our smaller gooseneck. It has a queen bed over the goosenenck with 16' additional feet of living space and a 10' back deck. They went with a side and back entry. The dinette table can sleep 2 extra people and with the longer bench they can sit more people in the space and also have a step to get into the main bed. They went with the small wood burning stove, the regular cooktop/oven range combo, the 6 cu ft refrigerator, the deep single sink, the large bathroom, a good sized closet and pantry with the forced air furnace and full water package. They went with the Wild Cherry interior with black and wood trim.
The step off the porch is removable and can be used anywhere along the back deck. It bolts onto the deck for transportation and can help hold supplies when traveling.
Like all our camps, our gooseneck can be customized to fit your specific needs. You determine the length and width and if you want a deck. Call or email if we can design a custom camp just for you.

What additions could a guy make to winteriz the camp for greater insulation against the North Dakota winters, thicker walls, heating in the floor, heat in what could be the crawl space, heat for sewage system, a lot of questions thank you for your time

We did build a camp for Alaska that had thicker walls. We can add a spray in insulation in the floor and ceiling. We do have heat tape for waste tanks and a metal insualted box around it to hold the heat longer. A composting toilet would really be ideal for really cold times but not everyone loves them. It is also a good idea to skirt around the camp and heat that area if possible. We are looking into a diesel heater and seeing if there is a way to add that to our camps. There are some other tips for the waste system and some other options that might work for you. We would love to speak to you about any of this if you ever want to give us a call. Thank you for all the great questions! We love when we get these questions. Because we build these units from the ground up, there are MANY things we can do to customize your camp to meet your needs and questions like these have led to some very unique and amazing camps. One camp does not fit all. You are unique and your camp should show that. Thank you again!!
