I am 66 years old motorcyclist and no one can interfere with my plans - neither opinions, nor people, nor war. We live as long as we have goals. If goals and desires are gone from our life, our life is over. Pavlin is correct. And I wish him good luck, patience and achievement of goals
Well said. I agree. I am 63 years old. And i cannot survive life without my Motorcycle. It gives me a reason to live and improves the quality of my life. It helps me avoid depression and riding has been effective for my mental health. I love riding! It's my life.
Glad to hear it is a hotel room you're vlogging from. You had me worried for a moment. Of course, there is a 1987 calendar. It was a good year. "Walk like an Egyptian" by the Bangles was a top hit. I was 18 years old and we interrailed through Europe by train. Good post.
At almost 60, I’m trying to go as far as possible. Trying to make up for bad decisions earlier in my life . Can’t change the past, but certainly I can control my future (travels) … 🙏🙏
I just turned 77, and I still have riding dreams. I live in Peru a great country for bikers but I haven’t done those rides yet. I agree totally with your philosophy; yes, because there’s wisdom in your words. Chapeau and thank you for your inspiring words.
Hi, Camino, you describe it very near to my thoughts: Now 69yo, I have dreams on my bike, too! There maybe dreams of Mongolia, Namibia, Argentina, BC/Alaska. Surely, I cannot do them in my remaining lifetime, who knows. But inside I feel the burning fire. And if one time the forces are left only for a 2.000km ride, or a year later only 500, I will take it, as it comes. But my dreams are the fire, that makes me intested in new people and countries, and keep me young and active. And if a goal is too big, I take, what I can do step by step. That.s my motivation!!! Thanx for your comment!! ✌
I just completed 8189 miles over 45 days, riding all over the western U.S. visiting family, friends and national parks. Your channel has been an inspiration for me, thank you.
That's correct my friend. Follow your heart, take your stuff and go. God is with you always. Don't have enough money, then start saving for that trip of your lifetime. You are not gonna regret it and no one have to tell you any different. You are the one who knows, you got the plan. Lets roll and enjoy the well deserved road trip and sip a cup of coffee at the end of the road 🛣️👍😊🙏🏽
Hi Pavlin The best time to travel is when your heart tells you You have a big heart and that's why you will succeed Ignore the HATERS they will die a very sad life I am watching with interest and learning from you on your journey Keep safe and enjoy
Pavlin is the embodiment of the motto „been there, done that“… срећан пут! If you ever feel the urge (or even social pressure) to constantly explain yourself, you may simply have the wrong ‚friends‘.
You nail it, my friend! There are always reasons (mainly by others) who are jealous, that you do, what they don.t! If you lay the last day in your bed, regretting, what you NOT have done, it.s too late. Everyone has to live his live NOW! Great and true words, ElDuderino999
I totally agree with you. Need to do it while we still can, enough with the excuses. Same advice that I'm telling my friends who only good on making their bike pretty instead of travelling with it.
Amen! I have the same Philosophy for riding motorcycles. You don't need anything fancy you don't have to have the latest and greatest gear. Just plan a trip and ride it!
Life is more exciting when we have something to look forward to. It doesn't have to be big, expensive or impressive things. Just things that makes a difference for one self. Cheers!
Good man. I’m one month into a three month trip round Scandinavia and mainland Europe on my Honda CB500x. I’m ten years older than you and friends and family told me I was crazy before I left the U.K. I don’t care. If you don’t make things happen they never do. You only live once. The memories of a great trip will stay with you until the end. Have fun in Russia. I will get there before my two wheel travelling days are over.
Some strange men would say, that if you really really want to see the world, you need to go to Butcha, Irpen, Mariupol, Bakchmut. But I get it. You will not go there, because you don't have such plans. And because you are like pittbull bam bam bam, no one can force you to go, if you dont plan to. Doesn't matter on what motorcycle or gear. Not much to see there after all. Maybe later, when the time is right, why not? Have a nice and cheap trip!!
I agree. Get in your bike and just go. I never look at the weather when I leave (unless it’s got the possibility of being extremely cold) and I bring my rain gear and heated gear along with warm and cool weather clothing. I pack up my camping gear and head out. Sometimes I end up thousands of miles from home and sometimes it’s hundreds of miles for only a couple days. If you look for excuses to not do something, you won’t. For my long rides that can be multiple weeks I plan them about 1 year out. 20 bucks a week in a jar pays for my gas for that extended trip and the left over usually pays for a nice daily meal. I camp at cheap or free camp sites and have even been known to look for the cheapest hotels that most bypass. So far so good. One time a lady asked me while I was pumping gas and using the stations overhead cover as shelter from the thunderstorm, why do you go out when it’s raining? I told her, if I looked at the weather forecast I’d never leave my house. It’s always raining somewhere and most the time, they’re not accurate.
you are the one who inspired me since I started watching your channel, I applied for early retirement just to do my dearm trip, Allah has give everything why should not do what I want, Thank you so much keep it up please 🙏🏻
I love this, my trips are generally planned but with a dose of accidental changes - which make for the best experiences - and still here - Russia was fantastic
Back today from 6000 km in 14 days. Rode out in rain, rode back in rain, but with great new memories: Tail of the Dragon, Blue Ridge Parkway, Outer Banks, Finger Lakes, and countless twisties along the way! No plan upon setting out, we just made the best of every day. Thanks Pavlin for the inspiration, you really help people push their limits!
i totally get you. enjoy your exploration of this planet and its beings , and keep this attitude, i think this also from a both spiritual and plain perspective being alive and enjoying life is a good way to tackle things, and i found as you, that when i want something and really see me doing them, i got help like from the universe itself or whatever higher force there is. far too many people think and life out of a place of fear rather than excitement and joy. Which does not mean not to listen to them, but as i said, i am totally with you. Love to see you visiting Russia EXACTLY right now ! Greetingz and enjoy the ride ! Mariusz
Because, you are the MAN, Pavel. I cheer for you all the way till the end. Have a safe journey and Godspeed! Greetings to all of you brothers in Russia from Hungary!
Wow man you talking sens and truth I follow your channel for the reason , very good reason!! And I salute you again with love and peace from south africa
Hi Pavlin, When I grew up in the ‘80 it was fashionable NOT to copy someone and to do your own thing. Ever since then I have done my own thing, I live by the saying “We only have one life use it to the max because you’re dead along time”
I am 71 just back from a 10,000km trip to Greece, Turkey and Bulgaria in my small campervan with my wife and dog, had a great time. This winter we return to Thailand and am planning a biking trip with my wife, best friend and his wife....maybe a few of the islands..who knows. But you are exactly right, bollocks to what others say.
Pavlin, Could not agree more wit your comments. I am now 62 years of age, feeling I missed so many chances to travel to destinations I would have loved to visit, but always put it off for various reasons. Sadly realising I have probably left it all a little late now.
56, just completed a two week trip through the Atlantic provinces in Canada, 4200 km. More a vacation than an adventure, but I've only been riding 3 years so far. You did a similar video a couple of months ago that helped inspire me to do it...thanks!
Поздравления за канала ,говориш вдъхновяващо и точно по темата, с добри съвети за начинаещите, които тепърва навлизаме, е много полезно,пожелания за много километри и повече трипчета.
I'm 72 yrs old. took a 3000 mile trip at 68. gonna take a 2400 mile trip in sept. planning alaska in 2024 7000 mile round trip. I ride a zongshen 250 rx3 adv from csc. go for your dreams.
I'm 66 as well and prioritized my family for 40 years. While I still have my health I want to try to at least see the Americas by moto, and if I'm still healthy after, I want to ride around Australia. I listen to others, but it is my priority now to achieve these goals. Like you I'm persistent once I've set a goal, but I also learned when younger, sometimes you have to back off your goals and re-evaluate, or delay. Never say never.
Helo Pavlin. Well i do agree with you. I did many things that people said oh no way mate and I did it anyway and still riding at 53 still God is on my side. Regards John from Gold Coast Australia looking forward to the trip
People are biased about this unfortunate conflict one way or another. Sadly, too few are the people who can figure it out as it is.. Just one more conflict of great powers over proxy country. Korea, Vietnam, it happened many times. Just another eason I respect you even more. You are example of how average small men should conduct when faced with world unfortunate events. LIVE THROUGH IT.
I just completed over 5000km across West Africa. And always come here to hear what you have to share with us, Pavlin, Sir. Thank you and have a wonderful time riding through Russia.
Yes. I put off so many chances to go m/c travelling because of fear. Usually the weather or feelings of uncertainty. But like the old saying goes,"you'll never, never know,if you never, never go."
if my motorcycling hobby becomes an excuse to justifying anything, then i'd rather have all 4 of my cylinders blow up when im right in the middle of nowhere
Dear Pavlin Al have been watching your videos for a long time. Just because of you sometimes even when l don't have anyone next to me l go honestly even l don't know where l am going but l go... Just to train myself for long trips. Hopefully l am going to Ireland from London then l will travel all the way to Turkey by myself. Thanks a lot. Safe ride
In 2021 I made my plans to go to Ukraine. Than feb 2022 happened and I also heard all of people around me telling me not to go. Of course I also was worried about the situation. But later that year I got confidence it is safe enough to go anyway. I wanted to visit just west part of the country and fighting was in west. It was raining all the time. But I'm still happy I did it. Very strong and interesting experience
Covid...kids in school, save some money for uni, war, economic crisis, work... 2 things keep me going in this life: my wife and kids, and my motorcycle. I am an Emergency Medicine doctor, and if there is one thing i learned from sick people on their last breath is "i wish i spent more time with my kids - i wish i could have travelled more". I bought my Tenere after a host of high end motorcycles that i spent more time cleaning than riding, and since that, i have done several trips with more upcoming this year. Ill be travelling from France to Latvia and back in Aug and Morocco next year March. We only die once.
Pav, we've got to chase our dreams. Mine aren't as extravagant as yours (in reality anyway) but fuck it, I'm going anyway. Good luck buddy, enjoy the ride. One day I will travel east and hope to reach Magadan. I've not really thought of what to do when I get there, turn round and come back or continue on.....
Today, I cannot do my epic ride, I might next week... in the mean time I can adventure and ride around my own country and get ready for it, to be honest, you need to do some training, I did 1100 km in 2.5 days and I really felt it. So that is something to bear in mind. Mind you, adventure and touring is addictive!
Here's my little problem: "I never listen to other people and neither should you!". So I should never listen to you, so then I should listen to people, so I should listen to you, not to listen to people... I'm in trouble now, 'cause I don't know when to stop this...
Every generation always contemplates “What is the meaning of life” … in short, the meaning of life, is to LIVE. Live your dreams, live your goals, live the way YOU want to live. Most of us get caught up in living mediocre lives because either we or we let others, put limits on ourselves. We make excuses and excuses because regrets. Ride on my friend.
I was putting off a trip to Scotland because I couldn’t really afford it and it’s a week away from family. You have inspired me to do it! Thank you Pavlin!
Glad you have gone to Russia. I don't have the opportunity and probably never will have given the current situation. You are a different person from a different land. You have the chance. There's no time like now. REMEMBER, Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, we are alive today. Live it. At 67, soon 68 I still get after it. I think and feel much different than many others my age. I live life as much as I can and then some. Be careful as we are. Show the world.
Hi Pavlin you are 100% correct and very inspiring. I am happy you started the adventure we talked about.stay safe and continue to surprise and enjoy profiling your goals😊
My dear Pavlin, I respect you greatly and follow your channel avidly. I have a 2010 xt660z and enjoy the 21 brothers kit you recommended. I am somewhat taken aback by your decision to fraternise and buddy up and travel through Russia at this critical phase in our history. The Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant is mined and if it goes off pop them you can forget all about going home to your beautiful country , for it will be utterly devastated. You are a smart guy and I am not here to moralise, however, think this one through a bit. Not for the sake of your channel's future but for all your millions of brothers and sisters across Europe and beyond. Perhaps you could comment on this in a video on your return if we are all still here . I am in Greece at the moment and I wish we could meet and shake hands, I would love to buy you many beers brother. Please support the poor Ukrainian people and push back against this terrible terrorist government in Russia. The Russian bikers must be quite alarmed at the state of affairs, could you tell us what they think of the war without incriminating them if course. I hope to see my 3 grandchildren love to old age as also your family. Peace and love to you and your St Petersburg bros. Best, James from London
Pavlin, you are an inspiration. Ignore the haters. I might not agree with the Russian government, and I am sure many Russians don't either, but I don't agree with my own government either. It has always been the case in history. People, individuals, are all the same and they are not always represented by their governments.
Много точно и добре казано.Човек като теб който е видял и преживял много със сигурност има още такива мисли които да сподели,леко и безавариино пътуване.
Google translation: Very accurate and well said. A person like you who has seen and experienced a lot surely has more such thoughts to share, have an easy and accident-free trip.
I am 66 years old motorcyclist and no one can interfere with my plans - neither opinions, nor people, nor war. We live as long as we have goals. If goals and desires are gone from our life, our life is over. Pavlin is correct. And I wish him good luck, patience and achievement of goals

if your goal turns out driving right over a child, you still stick to your goal? It's not other peoples opinions', it's your own moral guidance
,, If goals and desires are gone from our life, our life is over. ''......Unfortunately, many people never start their lives

Here's my little problem: "I never listen to other people and neither should you!". So I should never listen to you, so then I should listen to people, so I should listen to you, not to listen to people... I'm in trouble now, 'cause I don't know when to stop this...
Perfectly explained. Thank you!!!!!!! 🙏👍
Excellent life philosophy !
Good!
thank a lot
🆒😎👍! Very inspiring.
Go on, keep going, wish you good luck
Every generation always contemplates “What is the meaning of life” … in short, the meaning of life, is to LIVE. Live your dreams, live your goals, live the way YOU want to live.
Most of us get caught up in living mediocre lives because either we or we let others, put limits on ourselves. We make excuses and excuses because regrets.
Ride on my friend.
🔥🔥🔥sometimes you just gotta do it
you motivated me! thank you very much
I'm so glad!
Done. Just planned my next trip 🍻
I was putting off a trip to Scotland because I couldn’t really afford it and it’s a week away from family. You have inspired me to do it! Thank you Pavlin!
Do it!!! (I am Scottish)
I'm pretty sure that your wife will be happy with neighbor....
Drive safe Pavlin, and have lots of fun!
The more people talk shit about my choices the more they make me sure that i should do whatever i want on MY WAY!
Lol tired and had a drop of vodka 😂
Love your stuff man
Glad you have gone to Russia.
Good luck.
Super sir 🙌
Pit Pavlin Bull ! Go man ! Love your dreams and achieve yours goals
Go ! ✌️✌️
It would be very interesting to watch a video about how you book a hotel in your trips.
Likewise
Enjoy the moment !
Never listen to anyone, never tell anyone your plans, your love life or your finances.
Go Pavlin Go...Y R 100 % right
Лучший момент это всегда здесь и сейчас 👍 Хорошего путешествия!
Are you going the Old Summer road? I´m really looking forward to see more! Have Fun!
You are living "The Science Of Being Great" by Wallace D Wattles on your motorcycle 😉How right you are !
