Depends on your preferred level of doneness. If you like rare, about 3-5 min. If you like well done, about 10 min on the bone. I recommend you to slice the ribs before roasting , that way, it will take a shorter amount of time and it will be easy to confirm that way
I know that, but i prefer the flavor of red onion. Also considering most Kenyans have easier access to red onions, i chose to use that and also share the tip on how to make them palettable. However if you like white onion, you are more than free to do what you like

No. On my channel, I will film in the way that is most natural and authentic to me. I am a chatty person and i find explaining so important, so i will cook as i talk. I understand i am not everyone's cup of tea (it's normal), but also remember you are allowed to align yourself with channels you like.
