Potato, 1 ( big size, around 200 g)
Eggs, 2
Green chilli, 2
Others:
Cooking oil, 1 tbsp
All purpose flour/ Maida, 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Turmeric, a pinch of
Total cooking time = 8 to 10 minutes
