That's a good idea. I usually just re-generate the image but I'm sure there's a way to fix them. I'll look into it.

There is, the Adobe firefly has a feature. Generative fill, it's basically inpainting but it knows how to make hands/legs look realistic.

What is the procedure to add a hat or sports cap? Is it enough to specify it at the prompt?
It's pretty much the same. You would just draw a mask over her head large enough for a hat. Then change the prompt to something like "wearing a fancy hat."
Can changing hairstyles in a finished video be done?
Some apps like Pika Labs will let you change details in videos. I don't know how well it works though.
