Is he good? yes, he is. is he great? no, he's not. Houston is in a garbage division which greatly helped them last year. Another thing Houtons didn't have that Washington has is the offseason coming. With Daniels showing he's legit and Quinn being a loved "players" coach that means players are going to want to go to Washington in the offseason. Couple that with they have the second most cap space in the NFL with almost 100 Million in cap space and all their draft picks moving forward.... Washington is going to be scary good next year.

      They nullified him cause there’s no Jalen hurts to keep the ball and run all over them. Hurts had what 40 rushing yards not even through the first quarter. That absolutely changes the game when he left. Hurts has chewed the clock better than any other qb this year. Did we still score a td without him? Yes? Did smitty aj and saquon all have bad drops? Yes. But anyone who think hurts going out doesn’t effect that game doesn’t know football. Hurts very very rarely blows 14 point leads which they had the play after he left. Washington saw saquon run for a 60 yard td and said let’s let Pickett throw rest of this game which I turn “stops the clock” any time it’s incomplete. No knock to Washington I think it could’ve been a good game regardless of hurts injury but definitely the eagles offense had to change their plan. Hurts has never lost. A game where the other team has 4 turnovers and the eagles had 5. Be a great rematch in the playoffs

      @@jalensavage7773 exactly. Teams and fandoms aside anyone who watches football every Sunday should be able too see that. Jalen had 41 rushing yards before he left too. If they stacked the box like they did for saquon hurts is keeping some of those read options and getting yards all day. Definitely wasn’t Kenny’s fault but our offensive scheme absolutely changed

      Hurts makes Saquons job easier though, especially with his running ability. The defense is not going to play Hurts & Pickett the same way, they can completely stack the box & force Pickett to beat them through the air.

      @@marckusduverger9776 box was already going to be stacked, only change is you dont have to worry about Pickett scrambling. ironically this also leads to your QB getting hit more/sometimes so concussions can happen.
      but why are none of you fools talking about how your OC and HC couldnt make a minor adjustment to the play calling to offset this issue? how inept of a staff do you have that cant find a way to free up something?
      the box was stacked more earlier on, they actually took guys out of the box to limit deep passes and corralled Barkley with a 5 man front by staying in their lanes.

    Didn't we see this defensive collapse back in week 2 with the eagles: dropped 3rd down pass in final 2:10, taking the field goal, up by less than a score, & losing on defense by not stopping the opponent.

    • @voiceofalabama

      So is it the defense fault or the dropped pass that seals the game? Dumb statement.

    • @TripSoul10
      @TripSoul10 18 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @ biggest person to blame is the coach. Bad play calling on the 3rd down incomplete pass because Barkley running could have gotten a first down or within a yard of it & running the clock down, not calling a timeout with 10 seconds left to get the defense properly lined up to stop the commanders. It's week 2 Deja vu again.

    I'm pretty sure these guys didn't watch the whole game, Eagles had all those turnovers but couldn't do anything with because Hurts was out in the first quarter. In the second half Saquon couldn't do anything because again Hurts was hurt and they loaded the box. Daniels balled out but let's not forget why he was able to make a comeback.
