Following video understand, but detailing complete Plunge milling operation I want learn

1) 14:40 you changed Maximum steopver. But in simulation first step is not 5mm. It is mutch more. Because a middle of the mill is in a corner of material.
2) 12:30 and what about the rest of material? It can break the mill.
3) It is not possibble turn off depths.
This operation will never work. In MC2025 is not better.
