Printer ka Device Driver dubara se install kijiye, Dhyan rakhe, Jo apka Operating System hai usi ka driver daale. Interface cable check kijiye, interface port ( Motherboard / Logic card ) Check kijiye.

ST1 & ST2 LEDs are blinking simultaneously & ready is also blinking but not simultaneously with ST1 & ST2, Data LED is stable. Any solution for this issue plz.

The default margin for top and bottom in TVS Speed 40 Plus printer is 0 (zero). Please check printer settings properly, if setting for top margin is not zero then fix it.

Sir error kuchh nahi hai bas passbook dalte hai toh andar nahi lekar wapis kar deta hai bina print kiye..
Blower chala dijiye, sensor per dust aa rahi hai isliye aisa ho raha hai..

Please take print self test from the printer if printer successfully print self test page then it means printer is working fine.
* If your passbook printer does not accept the print command given by the computer, then check the following things :-
1. Printer Driver ( Reinstall Printer driver )
2. Ribbon Cartridge Detection Switch
3. Clean the Sensors
4. interface ( Communication ) cable
5. Configuration Setting
6. Communication Port ( PC )
7. Communication Port ( Printer )
@@KOTAPRINTERCARE hello sir, thank you for giving valuable information but as usual printer accept paper & take inside when we give print command from the computers and print self test from the printer, but the problem is it doesn't print anything.
I have reinstalled the drivers, cleaned the sensors, etc.
Any help regarding in this situation really very helpful for me and appreciable

@@KOTAPRINTERCARE nothing sir, everything is working properly ( Printer takes the paper/passbook as soon as we give the print from the system, I can hear the printer head moving sound etc) nothing abnormal except printing any letters on the paper.
Tried with new cartridge also. Same problem. I tried my level best to elaborate the issue
