    This was so inspiring thank you so much! I'm excited for the foundations course and Patreon! I know you have some videos on this on here already, but one thing I'd love to get better at is footwork! Like learning different footwork patterns, moves, and concepts and how to train them. And also learning how to incorporate the rest of my body while doing footwork and keeping the groove at the same time. That's just my input :) Thank you so much!!

    I'm really struggling to set a routine for my training. I like choreography and freestyle. how should I split them over the week ? how long should I practice ? I'm really confused

      @@endouerick7519 I started doing 1 hour 30 minutes a day on the basics. Usually 64 counts (two hip hop songs) for each basic move. You can try fit as many or as little moves you like depending what you need more work on. Because it's only an hour 30 it's easy to stick to you're less tired/overwhelmed and everything else (choreo&freestyle) comes much easier. It was really long and boring having to write down a routine but I'm glad I did it!
