Lovely area,but l wish the infrastructures was up to par.The area determine standard of living not the house. Living in a massive mansion in such area is a lower standard of living compared to the poor in a beautiful,planned environment.Nice one though.Thank you.

This to me is just a district in Enugu.
Beautiful houses eithout a road (even if its narrow, we for manage) really dilutes the "beauty". When western media shows these places, we get offended, whereas, they simply showed what their camera saw (majority of the time).
In my opinion, independence layout is by far the best part of Enugu to live in. That's what you can actually call beautiful in Enugu.
GRA is also nice. Then the likes of Zoo estste.
Anything else is meh. Except its a newly developed district with already developed road infrastructure.
Although, Enugu is my favourite city in the South East geopolitical zone. I just like the overral ambience of the city.
