To tackle the feed problem, ministry of Agric need to woke up come out with strategic plan in production of maize and other needed ingredients for the poultry industry.
Our educational system needs to encourage the graduates to go into agriculture, With proper systems and structures to provide machinery to support these graduates who are willing to go into Agribusiness.

You guys must think outside the box. Why don't you form groups in all the regions lease lands and produce your own maize? Government can even release some lands to you to farm for your maize because at the end of the day it's going to create employment in the agriculture sector. 40% of all the money going into planting for food and jobs should be channel to the poulty sector to grow the industry.

the most relevant advice I have received from successful poultry farmers is to control pest and filth and to reduce human contact to a minimum without this your poultry farm is doomed to fail.
I seen so many errors in the videos shown already. For example your layers should start laying 4 to 5 months if you give good care

In the past you guys get loans and you don’t want to pay back . Farmers in Ghana have a very poor credit history and that’s why the banks don’t want to give loans. It is as simple as that. You give loan to a Ghanaian at your own risk. . And I think the reason people do not want to get the biometric Ghana card and also register their SIM card with the same is because they want to operate under the radar and perpetuate fraud with impunity. I have no pity for anybody. Each for himself, God for us all.

Nonsense! It's the duty of banks to do proper assessment of farms with the ability to pay back loans before giving it out! If these banks are lazy and unable to do the right things, what do you expect?
