BMW M57 Engine Knocking noise from vacuum pump

Lets try to fix noise from vacuum pump on my bmw e60 2009 530d m57n2. Mission failed. Any ideas?

Sound with open oil cap is normal. It's not from the vacuum pump, it's from the pressure control valve, as part of the oil separator /crankcase vent unit. It controls the crankcase pressure. So you don't need to worry about that sound.

too much smoke coming out from cap. Oil separator (breather) needs to be changed asap.
