I use the GoodNotes app and I have an entire Halloween journal. I do like you and screenshot everything, then I add the image to a page in the journal and make notes about which store it can be found at, how much it costs, whether or not it’s a NEED, or something I just want to see and then once I acquire the item, I check it off with a big orange check mark. I wish I could add a photo to show you because it’s SOO helpful with keeping track of everything.

I go out about 3 times a week and honestly I feel the trio of homegoods, Marshall's and tj maxx is running a little slower than last year! I am so ready to hit some big selections! Literally same experience... last year everyone was jazzed for halloween. This year, everyone is being a Karen. Hope you find the At Home statue! I saw it a while ago, passed on it, and now its gone too.
I feel like too many times I've misses the two or so things I've really wanted, like the Martha Stewart spooky tree candleabra. The little Michaels Halloween houses with doll house like accessories reminds me of fairy garden stuff. Has to be 40% though.that
For the reaper, I would call the individual stores and ask if they have it on hand. It may have been removed from the website because of demand so that local markets still get the business. I used to work for Macy's in cosmetics and whenever we would have a new makeup launch, it would show online as not available for pickup even though we had it in store. (Unless you've already found it and it will be in next week's video, then disregard lol)
Just FYI, manufacturing companies come up with Halloween designs that can be bought by multiple retailers and have it made into merch. This is why we see the same item or design in multiple stores like Ross, Burlington, At Home, Joann, Homegoods etc. Higher end stores like Pottery Barn, West Elm, Anthropologie, etc, they have their own designers. This is one reason why their stuff is more expensive.

Another GAME CHANGER was making a list of every store I wanted to visit. I then categorized them by general location. Because of where I live, we have multiple large shopping areas, so I have three separate ‘locations’ for one city. Once I designated locations, I used an app called Circuit. It’s technically an app for delivery drivers, but it’s perfect for Haunt Hunting because it maps out the most efficient round trip route for the stores you want to hit. You can also choose a different ending location. Again, I wish I could add pics to show you. I’m going to try to find you in the Halloween Forever group, but I can’t remember your FB name. Please feel free to tag me or send me a pm if I don’t tag you and you want to see the pics of either app. I hope that didn’t come across as creepy as hell 😳😬😂
The giant skull neon light from Joann is worth every penny. I removed the stand and threw it on my wall, and I love it soooooooo much. I DMed you on Instagram a photo of it all lit up.

The hanging witches....Metal witch scene for outside ...o and 2 rugs black and white but the fabric reminds me of Channel ~ At Home The black cardboard haunted house that Witch silhouettes in the windows, a bat tray made of metal with the look of the headless horseman you showed, they have 2 sizes, A Caucasian Frankie bust to go with my Caucasian bride bust, still looking for my pink mixing bowls with ghosties ~ Marshall's and the sister stores.
