You nailed it! That is basically the exact way 2 of the top 10 cookers in 2023 do their steaks. I say get a grill grate for the portable Pit Boss and hit the SCA trail.
Great question! There is a lot of flavor going on so that one bite by itself is magical. That being said, if I was hungry enough I could finish the steak but definitely worth sharing with the family. Yesterday we hosted a Super Bowl party and among wings and poppers I did two of these steaks and it paired well eating along side all the game day appetizers.

That definitely had a comp feel to the video. I seriously am going to try this steak process.
Your taste buds will thank you! 🍻 When you win the competition, make sure you give me a shout out. 😂
Great beer choice, you can’t go wrong with anything from New Belgium Brewing’s VooDoo Ranger series, and that Tropic Force is a good one!
Right!? What’s funny is I filmed a taste test but felt the video was going to be too long to include it. But yes, the new Tropic Force is crazy good!
I really enjoyed this video and I learned a lot! Thanks for making it. Beautiful steak! Smoke on!!!
Oh Hell Yeah brother! Love my grill grates... except cleaning them lol
Always a great job.
Could you eat the entire steak with all of the seasonings. Or is it just a one bite wonderful?
