Sorry mate, I didn't get your question. If you delete the user account from AD, then the users home folder data and roaming profile data will remain stored on your server. With user account, it wont get deleted.

@@rrrussell1009 You have to manually delete the home folder and roaming profile folder just like you delete other regular folders. If you dont have access to those folders then first take ownership of those folders and assign permission to yourself. Check the data one more time and if it is not needed then delete it.
How do you do this in organisation level. Whoever joins to organization they will get home drive default. That's how it was in our organization. Please let me know if that's group policy configuration or something else
