Very interesting. The most difficult and interesting bits were the custom works you had to do. I love how you basically had to disassemble the carcasses, reduce their sizes and put them back together. The amount of tools used is impressive. The main one that is beyond a lot of people is the domino.

You see the panel that is the thinkness of the movement in this case is 19mm so i use those 19mm to copy eventually waves of the wall onto the side filler piece

Another great insightful video. Question; at 21:08 you seem to use screws combined with tenso p14's. Any particular reason you use these over the much cheaper regular no20 biscuits if the screws are providing the clamping? Cheers
I used the lamello for aligment and i have put screws as i have nobody to help me to holed that piece in place and i got not time to wait till glue is dry so i drive some screws as well i have killing it i know i have put too many screws
nice one Antonyo. You’re not using the scribing block anymore? Also the tensos are meant to be pre-loaded open using the clips that should be in the same box.. they’re much easier to connect this way. cheers

This is actualy real wood veneered panel but i suppose it does although i wont relay only on glue usually i use glue for a tight joint and never only glue on laminate is so i will sand the face of melamine down i do not know to explain hopfuly u get it

It took me 3 and half days but just because i have filmed the hole procedure and some time was to much nice and traffic there as electrician was working around and then the tilers were working on same house but if i have to do this againe i can do this in 2 days no filming no messing around thanks
@rossmale8715 they're probably the best of the mass produced stuff out there.. Wickes Wren Howden etc. But they're not without issues. I could have just had a couple of bad ones maybe.
@@richardredman3947 yeah I've fitted a lot of them, main issues is the door alignment and also the Belfast sinks being massively oversized. Wren has to be the worst though,loads of damages, missing items and laminate peel.

It will as this is wood veneered panels i womnt rely on using just glue but glue is rather to give a nice seal tight joint

Great video. When fixing the end panel for the washing machine what gap do you leave. Is it 600mm or do you leave a bit more space.
It depend on the doors size so in this case doors are 20mm thick and 597 wide so you have to leave 620mm gap even though the instructions said 600 mm

When cut against the grain i mean across the grane it will be always more tear outs on veneered panels like this

Thanks i have bought 10 pencils 2 different sizes not would fit to that scribe tool if you pay attention even on small compas i bearly fit the pencil

Diy defo set there door clearence's wrong. You got to use maxium hing adjustment to lose the big door gaps at the top...
I have played around with em but because the shamfer of the edge it looks wide gaps
