Dude. THAT fill at 3:37 was RIDICULOUS!! it wasn't hard but it was such a different take on a fill concept that has long been overused and you refreshed in my view. If you don't mind, I'll be using that, lick for lick.
cantthinkanameup this looks similar to my Tama snare. You can purchase for about 400.00. I have learned the heads need to be pretty tight to get this type of sound. Also they are in a recording studio which really make the whole set sound awesome. Trust me if you are not getting a crisp sound from your snare or any snare you don’t have the heads on tight enough. Don’t over tighten though.

Does anyone know what snare head that is? I love the way he has that thing tuned...the whole kit for that matter
