This is not a 'mermaid', the song is not about that, it is about desperate times, and Lila Ramonda is a flower that can be inactive for ages, then it gets a bit of water and starts blossoming. It is her singing style (see her song DZANUM); she writes her lyrics and music and graduated with modern composing in the USA, Berkley.
