Dacia looks so fun to drive in those conditions, hard but fun, not everything has to be smooth and easy, love the content you make, showing the capabilities of the duster 😆
Saludos y a disfrutarlo 👍
1st Gear at Road/Trail with snow and ice is the 2nd Gear...Always. With the 1st Gear you takle climbs with good traction. E.g.the climb Test is on climbs with concrete as underground. 1st Gear of the VW T3 Syncro is also for hill decend.
Hi! Wouldn't you like to compare a duster 1, duster 2 and a duster 3 in the snow? Evolution.... A winter tire would be good for your car...🙂 I would be interested in the result... Thanks for the video! The car is beautiful, the landscape is also beautiful!!!
The video shows the performance which is what someone like me are looking for. HOWEVER these videos was taken with a single occupant, I would like to see and know the vehicles performance with multiple occupants. It would be rare for single occupants to drive in these conditions.
Bravo! Duster e perfecta.
You can identify the extreme versions of Dacia by the mirrors, if they have a copper like color, they are the extreme version, if not, they are another one 😄👍
well, you know me well (via my on line comments and appraisal of your videos) so you will not take it wrong...I will summarize it in one sentence: would NOT like and even enjoy off roading in these conditions with D3 😱...it was even scary to watch how uncontrolled it behaves with such a poor traction (especially sideways). It was not too vague to imagine D3 ending in a unrecoverable sideways slip (like you experienced a few years ago during the first snow drives with your than new dci D2...in the early days of your channel). This definitively must be related with the tires but also the weight distribution and rpm difference in low gears of both vehicles. Jimny, on the other hand (in large thanks to the already familiar driver 😁and his excellent knowledge of his vehicle👌) RULED the trails...at least in my opinion. Using slow rpm or rear/front lock and high rpm just appropriately and according to the slope/traction needed it perfectly adapted driving style and objective advantages of Jimny....impressive to watch. D3 driver, on the other hand, had no choice other than to press the pedal and hope for best.....pretty much lloking like a rodeo drive....which luckily did not end badly........One thing we learned seemingly: locked rear diff did not disengage due to overheating in spite of the long high rpm's ......maybe one advance in comparison with D2 ?
What are you even talking about? Uncontrollable the duster? Bad weight distribution? The driver doing nothing and hopping to the best? I think we saw different videos because a STOCK duster with “AT” not winter tires went there and came back perfectly fine…
Let's not compare apples and oranges... or all-season tires with winter tires. That makes a huge difference. Also, the driver of the D3 did not appear to be very skilful.
@@Alex-ez1lk regardless, had they had exactly the same tires, and one single driver driving both cars, I am sure Jimny would dominate...based on its technical capabilities (two differentials lock option, weight)....so tires are tires, surely Duster equipped with more suitable ones would "behave" better.....but, not all is in tires (and drivers).....and, btw, I AM a Duster fan, owner (4x4dci) and a happy driver.....but reality is reality....however you look at it 😎✌
you are another one madnes guy who want Mercedes G - Class whit 20 k Euro ? its a Duster not a G Class go pay 250 k EURO for a G Class and you have evrething what you want !
Vozač Dastera je pokazao izuzetan talenat !!!
Odličan video, odlični putevi za testiranje..priroda..sve..bas sam odvledao od početka do kraja. A Daster..sasvim solidan za njegovu kategoriju..
Provide the same tyres for both cars, and the outcome will be different but fair.
It's only a matter of tires. The duster seems capable in most conditions.
not only: suzuki has true4x4, duster has disposable all-wheel drive clutch
I see you have as little snow as here in Polish Carpathians. Still waiting for real winter with much powder!
just today arrived mine, the extrem 4*4 version, cant wait to get it... :)

I will compare it with the duster 2 first, maybe with the duster 1
Nice video. Dacia did great job in design as well

Sei grande!!
Thank you! I will try to find an s-cross to come to offroad with the duster
Hi great job, i like your videos. is your Duster an extreme or a journey?

EXACTLY !
Falken Wildpeak A/T AT01
or any falken winter tire.
AT3 from cooper is shit compared to dedicated winter tire. i had them on my jimny and sold them as new. major disappointment
Motorizare Duster???
2.3 bars of pressure in the Suzuki’s tires?! Isn’t 1.7/1.8 the stock suggested? Imagine the gains it could make if properly inflated.
cool video. but the trail is nothing an old corolla would not beat 💀
Yeah, right 👀
Un suv contra un todoterreno
Suzuki: narrower tires, better profile and better driver
Presiune 2.3 bar pe jimny in off road? Se vede cat de "priceput" e soferul in off road doamne fereste 😂
Yes! Exactly. Facepalm*

This thing's wheels, spin like a fidget spinner.
Muy caro 🫰
Crapster ;)
For me the duster doesn't seem powerful enough.
it has more than enough power
It has power, the tires are not helping 👀
@DusterCoolTravels ok, cheers for the reply.
wtf.. dacia so slippery. bad motor. glad i didnt buy it
Tires. The engine is fine 💪💪
