I wouldn't mind having a place like that to not hunt and do it wrong. Thanks for bringing us along. Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and here's to the New Year.
Your videos are top notch, don’t worry bout the negative comments, we get them too. Some people think everyone should do it the way they do it. They forget hunting is supposed to be enjoyable, not competition. Anyway, I really enjoy your videos, they take me back to a better, slower time😊
Happy New Year Mr. Dennis. Sounds like you have some jealous commenters. You're doing the same thing I do so keep on doing what you are doing. You have a great hunting shack!
@@glennkisling3365 I will do you one better. Go to the TH-cam channel Justin-d-Hunter and watch the series of videos by Ron Nail. He has excellent videos on the whole process that I use to make buckskin. I do exactly like he does.
Great video 😊. Just ordered everything to put in muzzleloader bag for shooting my rifle. Was swapping between club shooting bag. Decided to equip bag with own new stuff. Bought all used measure, flask nipple wrench. Everything works but heavy used stuff before I got it. Want to have bag ready to grab gò.😊
Good video. My brother use to brain tan, he use to do it a lot, along with making bows like the native Americans did, he used hickory and Osage orange, he made me a really nice hickory bow and a brain tanned quiver. I guess he burned out on it because he hasn’t done it in a few years.

Sir you are doing just fine; don't pay any attention to those comments. If I lived closer I would drive over and try to get you to pass some information my way. For example buckskin. How to process it from start to finish. Speaking of finish, I like the finish you have put on your firearms. The work you have done on your Savage 99's is very professional. It has always been my habit to try to pair myself up with someone who could teach me various things of interest. You are someone I could learn a lot from! Oh yes, how did you convince that "good looking woman" to marry you and stay with you for 63 years!? Hope you and wife had a wonderful Christmas and this new year has to be better than the past one.

Howdy friend Walt! It has been crazy hunting lately. Our last doe season opened three days ago. Ole Jerry and I have hunted several farms, including Jerry’s, where the owners want lots of does taken off. We have not found a single doe to shoot at!!! Jerry took video of 24 of them in his hay field the day before the season opened. We have only spotted 3 of them a mile away. Nuts! All we can do is laugh about it. We have seen bucks but we are out of tags on them. Go figure.
