Dr Filimon Manoni convening his first public event at the Regional Ocean Policy and Governance Dialogue in Nadi, Fiji.
The weeklong dialogue is where Dr Manoni hopes to have an actual dialogue- where he listens, learn, and talk with all ocean stakeholders in the region.
