A big Manufacturer Defect. I bought a HP 14 fs1030au ..this model on 3 November 2021 offline store. After 12 days I found a manufacturer defect that is the keyboard is not well alligned and all the buttons of the keyboard near the spacebar key are making scratches on my laptop.. I don't know why in this brand new laptop. Now I will contact the store and HP customer support to get me a replacement or refund. If anyone can help me with this problem I will appreciate that..
